Our Sunset Aqua Project, which is located at the seafront in Alanya district Mahmutlar region,

It is 13 km from Alanya city center and 30 km from Gazipaşa Airport.

Our project, which we built as a single block on an area of ​​2014.60m2, consists of 57 flats and 3 shops in total.

Our flat distribution is 21 1 + 1, 34 2 + 1, 1 2 + 1 penthouse and 1 3 + 1 penthouse.

We designed our Sunset Aqua Project to offer you a seafront life experience at a distance where you can touch the sea if you reach out. We established a visual connection with the sea throughout our project. The underpass in front of the project can easily be accessed to the sea. Our project also includes many social facilities such as an indoor pool, movie theater and Turkish Bath.

With its modern and simple design, we have developed a functional aesthetic understanding in interior spaces. We preferred a minimalist architecture that will always remain modern and new, emphasizing harmony with the environment.
