EXTERNAL TECHNICAL INFORMATION:
The roof system will be an insulated metal standing seam roof system. Moisture barrier, vapor barrier and Knauf brand mineral wool insulation from inside and high density rock wool insulation from outside. Balcony railings will be aluminum and tempered laminated glass. Exterior walls will be 25 cm sw bims for thermal insulation, interior walls; Knauf brand Mineralplus product will be used for sound insulation between the walls separating the apartments. The floors will be covered with Granite Ceramic. Stone cladding, wood-looking coatings will be made on the exterior.
