Our project consists of 9 floors.
8 1+1 rooms on the first 8 floors,
There are 2 1+1 and 8 2+1 duplexes on the 9th floor.
It is only 2 km from the beach.

Construction Manufacturing Details:
– Site Garden will be under control with security cameras.
– Heat and sound insulation will be made with high-end products.
– Flat entrance doors will be steel doors and interior doors will be American Ready Panel doors.
– Door & Window joinery Insulation Roving and Gasket System Anthracite Color Pvc Material
will be manufactured.
– Ceramic and Vitrified products will be made in 1st class.
– The staircase system of the duplexes is reinforced concrete and the steps will be covered with marble.
