The exterior coatings of the buildings will be made of mechanical ceramics.

Roofs will be insulated with paneling.
The walls will be painted with gypsum plaster.

Ceilings will be lamellar stretch ceilings.

Kitchen countertops will be granite and marble.
The electricity and water supply will be made in accordance with the project, and the materials used are T.S.E. Electrical sockets should be viko or similar.
Installation pipes will be made of soundproof pipes with a thickness of 3 mm.
There will be video intercom in each flat.
A telephone will be connected to the living room in each flat, and a TV system will be connected to each room and kitchen.
In toilets and bathrooms, Visam serel or similar branded kits including T.S.E certified toilet and sink will be placed.
There will be shower cabins in the bathrooms.
