Bu konu, \u00f6zellikle T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de uzun s\u00fcre bulunmayan yabanc\u0131 vatanda\u015flar i\u00e7in \u00f6nem kazanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h3>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de m\u00fclk\u00fcm\u00fc sigortalamam gerekiyor mu?<\/h3>\n<p>Ev sigortas\u0131 iste\u011fe ba\u011fl\u0131 ve zorunlu olabilir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130ste\u011fe ba\u011fl\u0131 sigorta, m\u00fclk\u00fc herhangi bir riske kar\u015f\u0131 sigortalaman\u0131za izin verir: do\u011fal ve atmosferik olaylar\u0131n olumsuz etkisi, vb.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de belediye s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde bulunan binalarda zorunlu sigorta uygulanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>DASK, T\u00fcrk h\u00fck\u00fcmeti taraf\u0131ndan sa\u011flanan zorunlu deprem sigortas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu sigorta, bir depremin do\u011frudan neden oldu\u011fu konutlarda meydana gelen maddi hasar, yang\u0131n, patlama, tsunami ve toprak kaymas\u0131n\u0131n tazmin edilmesini sa\u011flar.<\/p>\n<h3>DASK Sigortas\u0131<\/h3>\n<p>Zorunlu Deprem Sigortas\u0131 (Do\u011fal Afet Sigortalar\u0131 Kurumu veya k\u0131saca DASK), bir depremin neden oldu\u011fu maddi zarar\u0131 tazmin etmek i\u00e7in kurulmu\u015f bir kamu sigorta sistemidir.<\/p>\n<p>DASK sigortas\u0131, deprem, yang\u0131n, patlama, tsunami, heyelan ve di\u011fer do\u011fal afetler sonucu meydana gelen maddi hasarlar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lar ve hasar g\u00f6ren bir evin onar\u0131m masraflar\u0131n\u0131 tazmin eder.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti&#8217;ndeki her ev sahibi, yasaya (27.12.1999 tarihli ve 587 say\u0131l\u0131 Zorunlu Deprem Sigortas\u0131 Kanunu) g\u00f6re DASK kamu sigortas\u0131 poli\u00e7esi sat\u0131n almakla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr. Konut ve konut d\u0131\u015f\u0131 binalar\u0131n do\u011fal afetlere kar\u015f\u0131 bu sigorta sistemi, bu hizmetle T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti n\u00fcfusunun tamam\u0131n\u0131 kapsamay\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn k\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.
