Talebin y\u00fckselmesiyle birlikte bir\u00e7ok sat\u0131l\u0131k evin fiyatlar\u0131 k\u0131sa s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde ciddi oranda de\u011fi\u015fmeye ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"920\" data-end=\"1058\">Sekt\u00f6r temsilcilerinin aktard\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6re, <strong data-start=\"961\" data-end=\"1055\">k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre \u00f6nce 7 milyon TL\u2019ye listelenen konutlar, bug\u00fcn 9 milyon TL\u2019ye al\u0131c\u0131 bekliyor<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1060\" data-end=\"1100\">2025\u2019te Konut Piyasas\u0131nda Canlanma<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1102\" data-end=\"1399\">Bu y\u0131l konut sekt\u00f6r\u00fc \u00f6nemli bir toparlanma sergiliyor. Verilere g\u00f6re <strong data-start=\"1171\" data-end=\"1279\">2025 Temmuz ay\u0131nda sat\u0131lan konut say\u0131s\u0131 ge\u00e7en y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemine k\u0131yasla %12,4 artarak 142.858\u2019e ula\u015ft\u0131<\/strong>.
